Play PactusScan ("the Site", "we", "us") offers on-chain games on the Pactus blockchain. By connecting a wallet or using any game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use blockchain applications and hold PAC. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
2. How the games work
Actions such as placing a pixel or submitting a quiz answer are real transactions on the Pactus blockchain. Every payment is final and irreversible. We do not custody your funds, cannot reverse a transaction, and cannot recover PAC sent by mistake, to the wrong address, or with an incorrect memo.
3. Assumption of risk
The games are for entertainment. They are not an investment, financial product, or a promise of profit. You may lose the PAC you spend. Pixels can be overwritten by other players, outcomes may depend on the spending or skill of others, and prizes are limited. You accept all risk of loss and agree that you alone are responsible for your decisions and for the security of your wallet and keys.
4. Prizes and competitions
Competitions, treasures, and rewards are optional features run at our discretion. Prize amounts, rules, timing, and eligibility may change, and payouts are made manually to the winning address. We may cancel, modify, or refuse to award a prize in cases of error, abuse, or suspected manipulation.
5. Fair play
Do not exploit bugs, automate abuse, impersonate others, or interfere with the Site or other players. We may exclude any address from leaderboards, prizes, or the games at our discretion.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of PAC, tokens, or data, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, the blockchain, wallets, or third-party services, including any loss caused by playing ambitiously and losing PAC.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
